The Company procedures and working practices shall include the following:
- Investigation and reporting of incidents and corrective action taken to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain health and safety procedures.
- Compliance with all legal requirements and those of any venue at which CSP operate as directed by the venue safety or operations representatives.
- Carry out, document and periodically review the significant risks arising from CSP business activities and implement control measures to reduce them.
- Establish an internal auditing programme to ensure the management systems in place are effective.
- Encourage participation and commitment of all personnel and provide training, information, instruction and supervision as appropriate.
- Ensure that health and safety implications of all investment decisions are considered.
The CSP health and safety policy statement places responsibility for safety on all members of staff and makes specific commitments with regard to operation safety, personal safety and the meeting of legal requirements.
CSP considers that these issues are the responsibility of management and rank equally with that of all other activities within its operation. This policy is the means by which an effective health and safety management system is to be implemented.
This policy is reviewed continuously and will be specifically examined annually.
