Can I pre-book a disabled space?
For Stadium events you can pre book on this site, limited spaces available, cost is £12, blue badge MUST be displayed. For Arena you may just drive to the disabled parking area and on display of your badge will be charged £8. ALL STADIUM EVENT PASSES WILL BE SENT OUT UP TO THREE DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
What are the Parking Rates at Wembley?
The Daily car parking rate for the Green and Red car park is £15 per car per day.
Stadium car parking is £25 per day, limited parking available. Please note NO Stretch Limos on Stadium events unless authorised.
Is Pre booked Parking more expensive?
Arena Pre booked Parking is located in the Green car park and is available to those pre-booking at the same cost as daily pay-on-entry, although some shows do have a reduced rate. The advantage of pre-booking is that you will be parked in a forward area closer to the Arena. COACHES DO NOT NEED TO PRE BOOK FOR ARENA SHOWS.
If I pre-book, do I have a dedicated space?
No. You are, however, reserved a space in the designated Pre booked area. Please note this may vay on Stadium event days.
Can I pay by the hour ?
No. All fees are flat daily fees.
What time can I arrive ?
For ARENA shows you may park from 9.30am until end of show, unless there are multiple shows, in which case parking time will be limited to show times.
Please be aware entry times may vary for Arena shows if there is a Stadium event on.
For STADIUM events the car park opens 3 hours before the start of the game or first act (concerts).
I cannot pre-book the event I am looking for. Why not?
Arena events close off at 12 noon on the day of the event. (Saturday or Sunday event closes on Friday 12:00)and you will recieve a Booking Reference via email which you need to gain access to the car park.
STADIUM events close off AT LEAST three working days prior to event to enable a pass to be posted out this must be displayed in your vehicle window.
Please ensure that you have checked the date before proceeding with your booking as mistakes cannot be rectified. Please ensure you bring your booking reference in the event of your pass not arriving in the post.
If the pre-booking is closed down, does that mean there are no parking spaces left?
For ARENA there will be plenty of parking on a pay-on-entry basis.
I am using a different car to the one I booked. Can you change the details ?
For Arena bookings you have your own password and access enabling you to do this on-line. We have no access to your password or details in order to amend.
For Stadium there is no need to change on line, when you receive your pass you are required to write the vehicle registration on this.PLEASE NOTE PASSES FOR STADIUM EVENTS WILL BE SENT TO YOU THE WEEK BEFORE THE EVENT
Your map shows South Way as closed. How do I get to the entrance ?
On Arena shows access to the Pre Booked (Green car park) is via either First Way or Engineers Way.
On Stadium events access to both Red and Green car parks is via Great Central Way.
Can I get a Refund if I book the wrong date?
NO YOU ARE ASKED TO CHECK THE DATE OF YOUR EVENT PRIOR TO BOOKING AS MISTAKES CANNOT BE RECTIFIED.
