CSP Limited is a traffic and facilities management company specialising in venue car parking, valet parking, exhibition traffic marshalling, cleaning & waste management and special events operations including cash/ticket sales and reconciliation. CSP also runs a successful Special Events Division, an external Traffic Management service, and a Valet Parking service, with many high profile clients who turn to CSP for all their parking needs.

With its wealth of knowledge and experience of the car parking industry, CSP fully understands the complexities of running venue and Greenfield site car parks, where an irregular event calendar, numerous different car parks, various tariffs and VIP’s (who all demand that personal touch) all add to the challenges. CSP prides itself on being able to adapt to the varying demands placed on it at each of its venues and ensures that the same high quality service is delivered for every event, be it the Epsom Derby for 150k visitors, or an intimate Valet Parking service. CSP is owned by its Chairman, David Butler, who has spent most of his working life within the parking industry. He learnt his trade with National Car Parks (NCP) for whom he worked at numerous sites throughout London and the southeast for more than 20 years.

David is supported by a permanent management team at their Head Office in Wembley. CSP has enjoyed continued success, evolving considerably and following a review of its infrastructure to allow for continuous and steady growth, Paul May was appointed as General Manager in Autumn 2006, and promoted to Managing Director in April 2008.

In 2006, CSP revisited its business strategy and implemented new objectives that included providing additional services from traditional Traffic Management to our Clients. In March 2007, CSP was awarded the cleaning and waste management contract on the Wembley Estate for Quintain, and in October 2007, CSP was awarded the cleaning and waste management contract at Kempton Park Racecourse, complementing the security and stewarding contract held since March 2006 and the car park contract held for 12 years. Furthermore, in October 2009, CSP was awarded the fully integrated services contract at Kempton Park Racecourse.

The Company now operates a considerable number of contracts ranging from Leisure Venues to Racecourses, operating static car parks in Kensington and Hatton Garden, offering consultancy services covering Traffic Management issues for clients such as the West Quay Shopping Centre in Southampton and Belfast Arena, and providing specialist services where required, including producing the Car Parking and Traffic Management Guidelines for the racecourse industry, on behalf of The Racecourse Association.
